It was September that brought autumn in all its glory. But it is October that intensifies all the autumn colours from yellow, orange through green, red and brown. Since the 5th graders love autumn and some of them are even born in that beautiful season we decorated a corner of our classroom and dedicated it to autumn. Students collected pumpkins in their villages which they brought to school in the following few days. Don't think that they brought only pumpkins. They also brought peppers, onions, potatoes. But still...Her Majesty the Pumpkin dominates our autumn corner. 

Student Darijan Potkonjak, who is very artistic and creative, made several little dolls using corn. Could you ever imagine that something so ordinary as corn can be shaped into lovely dolls?! He also drew faces on his pumpkins and decorated the class autumn basket. He did a great job! Thumb up, Darijan!

The 5th class autumn corner is our way to greet and celebrate autumn with all its fruits and colours! And our way to tell you to stop and enjoy in all the autumn's beauty!
